Project Management

We can offer a service from project conception to completion. Our “In House” experience allows us to perform the co-ordinating role between client, designer and contractor by fully understanding each parties specific needs and offering solutions to their specific problems.

Alternatively clients may wish to engage our services in the following specific areas :-

Quantity Surveying
This can include site surveys, feasibility studies and reports, budget costs, tendering and contract documentation and financial management during and following construction for both building and civil engineering projects.

Planning Supervision
The introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 place a responsibility on clients, designers and contractors alike to give serious consideration to all aspects of safety associated with a project. At James Collie Associates Ltd we can ensure that all parties meet the requirements of the regulations by adopting a practical approach with a minimum of bureaucracy.

Design & Planning
The success of any project starts with the concept design and project planning. At James Collie we endeavour to ensure that the concept design meets the clients’ requirements before any detailed design work is carried out by our specialist designers and that the project costs will not escalate due to poor planning. We also have a good track record for obtaining Planning Permission for difficult sites.
